an application form to the Administrator (fax 0 48 22-6855363, 0 48 22- 6855368).

Payment for the service (according to Warszawa-Babice Aerodrome price list) will be made

NOTICE: If a passport and customs clearance is necessary, the application form must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to clearance. The date of submission of an application form does not include holidays.

Payment for a passport and customs clearance must be made in cash or by transfer to the Company's bank account (credit/debit cards will be accepted from april 2007).

Refusal to render services

Warszawa-Babice Aerodrome, Public Aviation Company of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration reserves the right to refuse to render sevices concerning passport/customs clearance to aerodrome users if they fail to meet the deadline for an application form submission or for the reasons dependent on border and customs services
